The Problem
— Nicholas Webb, Founder
Why Access to Access
Technology is the most powerful economic lever of our generation—and access to it still arrives too late for too many students who have the potential to thrive in it.
The opportunity gap isn't about ability. It's about access. By the time many kids discover these career pathways, their peers already have years of experience. We're here to close that gap early.
Access to Access is not about teaching kids to code — it's about teaching them that technology belongs to them.

Founder & CEO
Nicholas Webb is the Founder of Access to Access and the creator of 4WEEK QTR, an AI-powered behavioral execution platform designed to help individuals and teams turn goals into measurable results in just four weeks.
With more than 17 years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives for organizations including PwC, Disney, KPMG, and Raymond James, Nicholas has built and delivered multimillion-dollar transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Informatics, and certifications as a PMP and Scrum Master — combining business strategy, behavioral systems, and technology execution throughout his career.
Early in his career, Nicholas worked alongside global technology teams and noticed something that would eventually change the direction of his life. Many of his international peers had been writing databases, designing systems, and solving technical problems since childhood — while he had not been exposed to those same opportunities until his mid-twenties, despite eventually building a successful enterprise technology career himself.
That realization became the foundation for Access to Access.
Nicholas understood the gap was never about intelligence or ability — it was about access. Access to technology.
Access to exposure. Access to opportunity early enough for it to shape a future. Access to Access was created to ensure underserved youth, particularly Black youth, no longer have to wait decades to discover pathways that were always meant to be available to them.
After years of observing a consistent execution gap — both inside Fortune 500 boardrooms and among ambitious entrepreneurs — Nicholas also founded 4WEEK QTR to solve a fundamental problem: most people know what to do, but few consistently follow through.
Today, the platform combines behavioral science, AI-powered task orchestration, and execution analytics to help high performers execute with greater consistency and intention.
Through both organizations, Nicholas continues building systems focused on one mission: helping people realize their potential earlier, faster, and with the support they deserve. He regularly speaks on AI-driven performance systems, behavioral execution design, technology access, and the future of intelligent productivity platforms.

Founding Board Member
William Gholston is a Super Bowl–winning NFL veteran, defensive line coach, media contributor, and community leader with more than a decade of professional football experience and deep roots in the Tampa Bay community.
Drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft, William spent 12 seasons with the franchise as a defensive lineman, becoming one of the longest-tenured players in team history. Over the course of his career, he played under multiple defensive systems and coaching staffs, contributing across 4–3, 3–4, and hybrid fronts. Known for his discipline, versatility, and leadership, he was a key contributor to the Buccaneers’ Super Bowl LV championship run and a respected locker-room presence throughout his career.
Before the NFL, William starred at Michigan State University, where he earned a degree in Human Development & Family Studies and was a two-time Second-Team All-Big Ten selection. He was also named Defensive MVP of the 2012 Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl, cementing his reputation as a high-motor defender with strong fundamentals and football IQ.
Following his playing career, William transitioned into coaching and mentorship, bringing his professional experience directly into youth and high school football. From 2020 to 2024, he served as a defensive coach for the Westchase Colts youth football program, focusing on foundational technique, discipline, and player development. In 2025, he joined the coaching staff at Sickles High School as a defensive coach, where he works to instill pro-level preparation, accountability, and positional fundamentals in young athletes. In parallel, he has served as a Tampa Bay youth development mentor since 2013 and has worked multiple youth football camps throughout the region.
Beyond football, William is deeply committed to service and community impact. He has served as an ambassador for the American Cancer Society and Moffitt Cancer Center and is actively involved with Metropolitan Ministries. His leadership and philanthropy earned him a nomination for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award, one of the league’s highest honors for character and community service.
William has also expanded his impact through media and broadcasting. He has co-hosted “In the Current” with Casey Phillips of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, providing insider perspective on team culture, player development, and league trends. He has also co-hosted Knock Out Radio with Randy Harris, where he discussed football, leadership, wellness, and life after professional sports.
William brings a unique combination of elite playing experience, coaching acumen, media presence, and purpose-driven leadership. Whether developing defensive linemen, mentoring young athletes, engaging audiences through media, or contributing to community initiatives, he is guided by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and long-term impact—on and off the field.
